High pressure spray nozzles are sometimes referred to as “fog nozzles” or “swirl nozzles”. They are designed to be operated at pressures ranging from 150-1000PSI+ and will produce droplets measuring in the 5-30 micron range.
Our high pressure spray nozzles are available with 10/24 UNC or 12/24 UNC, 3/16” MPT, M5 or 1/8” threads. Available in brass, stainless steel, or a combination of the two.

This type of nozzle is normally used in areas with lots of circulation or where slightly larger (though still very fine) droplets are acceptable either as a desirable feature or because of cost benefits.
Some of the more common uses for this type of spray nozzle include produce misting, people cooling, kennel and livestock cooling, greenhouse irrigation, dust suppression, concrete curing and more.

They are designed to be operated at pressures ranging from 30-200PSI. This type of spray nozzle produces droplets measuring between 50-120 microns. Generally the smaller the orifice and the higher the pressure the finer the droplets will be.
All of our low pressure spray nozzles normally include a ½ round stainless steel mesh filter screen. Full cylinder screens are also available upon request. These spray nozzles have a 1/8” MPT. Also available pre-taped with Teflon plumbers tape for an additional fee.

This is a high quality yet inexpensive spray nozzle popular for landscaping, greenhouses, people and animal cooling. They are normally used with LDPE tubing (common irrigation tubing).
After a hole is punched into the tubing using a special hole punch, the nozzle is then inserted into the hole and stays in place without the use of hose clamps or special fittings. These are most popular for irrigating plants in a greenhouse setting or outdoors.
